The multiplayer warfare that is "Dreadnought" has been thoroughly enjoyed by many gamers, but things are about to be even better with its release on PlayStation 4. Announced at the recent PlayStation Experience 2016, "Dreadnought" will bring a titanic of a reason to spend more time with your beloved PS4 console.

"Dreadnought" Gameplay

Developed for the PS4 system by Yager, Six Foot and Grey Box, "Dreadnought" puts players as the captain of colossal and powerful spaceships at the center of tactical team battles across multiple online multiplayer game modes. Over 50 playable vessels are available, and you can customize each with a range of modules, weapons and cosmetic upgrades.

Ship classes in "Dreadnought" come in five, and each are equipped for long-range bombardment, frontline assault, strategic support and more, reports PlayStation Lifestyle. The game has been constantly receiving updates, which could mean that its PS4 version would offer more in-depth gameplay.

The free-to-play game will feature competitive and cooperative online multiplayer modes, as well as a single-player campaign. "Dreadnought" commanders will assume complete control of their massive ships.

"'Dreadnought' is all about mastering your ship and coordinating with your teammates to reap the glory and rewards of victory," said Christian Svensson, chief operating officer of Six Foot. "It features stunning spectacles of high-impact combat across the solar system, and we're incredibly excited for the PlayStation community to experience that fun for themselves soon," he added.
