‘Pokemon GO' News & Update: Over 10,500 Poke Stops; Gyms Added At Sprint Stores

Sprint Stores have partnered with Niantic in offering "Pokemon GO" players with new Poke Stops and Gyms to train their Pokemons. More than 10,500 Poke Stops will be available in several Boost Mobile and Sprint-Radio Shack stores; these along with all new Gyms that players can use to train their Pokemons.

Niantic CEO John Hanke said, this new "Pokemon GO" update will bring some new and exciting creatures during launching and several more as the game progresses. According to CNET, this is the first time, Niantic and "Pokemon GO" will partner with establishment in promoting both the game in the business.

The popularity of the "Pokemon GO" inevitably gives Sprint Stores its much needed boost; alongside its partners mainly Sprint-Radio Shack and Boost Mobile. In the past, conventional Poke Stops in the "Pokemon GO" game are flocked by thousands of players. Sprint Stores will effortlessly invite these people in their stores.

Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure during an interview said, the partnership with Niantic will boost their traffic as nowadays, the company's biggest struggle is inviting customers to their Sprint Stores. The price of the deal was not disclosed, but its Sprint who gained exclusive wireless partnership with Niantic. That means, "Pokemon GO" players will have a bleak chance of seeing Poke Stops and Gyms on certain establishments like Verizon and T-Mobile.

Except for the few information, details will be revealed when the feature launches this December 12. In a statement by Hanke, he said "We'll put out more information to explain what's coming. Not all Pokemon are created equal, and there are different families within the Pokemon universe. We're bringing them out in a logical way."
