‘Final Fantasy XV’ Receives A Great Free Update Of A New Game Content: Gameplay Updates & More Feature Details Revealed

"Final Fantasy XV" will receive a great upgrade for free in 2017. Moreover, PS4 and Xbox One will receive additions in history, with characters and unpublished scenes. Square Enix's RPG game had its "Updates" plan detailed in a post on the company's official blog, and written by Hajime Tabata, production director of the game.

The main surprise is that the major updates will be free, adding more details to the story of the game. Chapter 13 of "Final Fantasy XV" in particular will be improved, with more clearly explained scenes and more prominent characters. Square Enix also plans to add new bosses and playable characters, detailing its past and its decisions. One of the names mentioned was "Ravus."

The work of this content, however, should take some time, as it requires the new snippets to be dubbed and localized in the languages in which "Final Fantasy XV" is available. There is also the possibility of restarting the campaign with all the evolution obtained in the complete game, called "New Game +", in addition to expanded customization of avatars and other details that must be added to the game.

Square Enix takes advantage of the fact that the most punctual updates in "Final Fantasy XV" will be free, but all paid content of the Season Pass will continue to be charged, such as the individual stories of Gladio, Prompto, Ignis and the multiplayer package called "Comrades".

"Final Fantasy XV" update will bring a mission to keep the players engage in the next year, drawback some old players, and interest the new players. Furthermore, the free update will be expected to improve the game graphics and performance as optimal as possible. If this update is successful, there might be some additional features or characters we will see early next year.
