Funny, Battlefield 4's first DLC, China Rising, was announced all the way back in May, but it wasn't until today that a bit of extra information managed to leak out for the pack. It seems that some marketing material for the DLC managed to leak out, and names of the pack's four maps along with it.

The picture seen above comes courtesy of Spanish Battlelog moderator LoGaN74M, who shared the image via his Twitter. Admittedly, my Spanish is a little rusty, but here's what it says:

* 4 New Maps - Taklamakan, Altai Range, Guilin Peaks, Dragon Pass
* 5 New Weapons
* New Vehicles and High-Tech Equipment
* 10 New Missions
* Order 2 Weeks in Advance to Access a New Rank (probably not an exact translation)

Also, it seems that Air Superiority and quad bikes will return in the new DLC, thanks to a list of trophies / achievments spotted by MP1st. Check out the list below:

Silver
Mini Kimikaze - Kill an enemy with the SUAV
New Superpower - Complete all China Rising Assignments

Bronze
2 Wheels - Get a kill with the Dirtbike
Death From Above - Get a kill with the bomber
Fledging -
Play a round of Air Superiority

Battlefield 4 stars a new protagonist to the series, that of Sergeant Daniel Recker, a member of the elite Tombstone Squad. He and the squad learn that an Admiral is in the midst of planning a coup to overthrow the current Chinese regime, with Russia ready to back him up.

You don't have to be an expert in foreign relations and politics to realize this would cause one hell of a domino effect that would see the whole planet embroiled in war.

Battlefield 4 is currently available now for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. It will be available at launch for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The China Rising DLC is expected to arrive this December.
