'Resident Evil 7' Release Date, News & Update: Experience Character Point Of View Gaming

When “Resident Evil 7” was announced, Capcom offered the Beginning Hour demo as a playable trial executively to PlayStation 4 owners. The company officially opened the demo for the seventh entry in its long-running survival-horror franchise on the Xbox One.

According to GameRant, fans of “Resident Evil 7” who owns an Xbox One can experience the beginning hour demo with just downloading it. The game is free and will only take up 3.64 GB of hard drive space. The fans will get a chance to experience the horror from the main character's person-view. However, those who don’t own PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will have to wait a little longer, until December 19 to be exact. Fans of “Resident Evil 7” will be able to escape from the sinister and supernatural Baker family’s decrepit. Owners of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One could be able to reach one of the teaser’s trial’s two separate endings. Capcom is already confident in the survival-horror release’s ability to sell well and has projected moving 4 million units on day one.

According to Polygon, Capcom managed to franchise the game and keep their identity. Capcom has embraced a lot of new ideas for the franchise but it also kept their identity as well, because of this it is expected the game to be a major success. The story is about Ethan Winters, a man whose wife was kidnapped by a homicidal backwoods family living in Louisiana bayou. It is still unclear how extensive “Resident Evil 7’s” upgrade system will be.

According to I Sports Times, the events are taking place in an old house that looks like it hasn’t been used, but by Baker family only.  In this house fans will experience the most horrific scenes they have ever seen. “Resident Evil 7” will be released on January 24, 2017, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation VR, and Xbox One.
