The wax figures of Kate Middleton and Prince William sharing a festive jumper will be displayed at the Madame Tussauds London starting December 16. The Royal Couple along with the other members of the Royal Family will serve as an attraction for "Christmas Jumper Day" organized by Save the Children Fund.
In the upcoming annual celebration of "Christmas Jumper Day," visitors of the museum are encouraged to put on their Christmas jumpers, take selfies with the replicas of the Royal Family and make a minimum donation of £2. The aim of the fundraising campaign is to provide relief, promote the rights and support the children in developing countries.
Helena Wiltshire, head of PR for the charity, also said that the children especially those who are affected by the "child refugee crisis" will most benefit from the "Christmas Jumper Day." Celebrity Laundry says that these children will have the chance to be in school, will have access to shelter and will get psychosocial help.
The British wax museum placed Kate Middleton and Prince William behind Queen Elizabeth. The Royal Couple was dressed up with red Christmas jumper designed with a number of Christmas trees and several gingerbread men. Beside Prince William is Prince Harry. The dark green Christmas jumper that he is wearing displayed snowflakes and a penguin in red hat. Perhaps the prince and Meghan Markle will be seen wearing a Christmas jumper built for the two next years.
Additional to the Royal line up of wax figures are Prince Charles and Camilla Parker who stand next to each other. The British Monarch is at the center wearing a plaid skirt paired with a green Christmas jumper. Her top is designed with a corgi wearing a crown. Behind her is Prince Philip in his dark sweater. Time reports that although the presence of Prince George and Prince Charlotte is nowhere to be seen in the display of Royal wax figures, four real corgi dogs joined the Royal Family for the official photo shoot.
