'Darksiders 3' Release Date, Gameplay, News & Update: Title to Come to Nintendo Switch with Other THQ Nordic Games After Warmastered Edition?

"Darksiders 3" has already been known all across the gaming community and as the hype builds around it, so do the rumors. One of the more intriguing ones involve the addition of the game to the Nintendo Switch-one which is yet to be named completely.

As some fans may know, the saga has been around for a number of years now and "Darksiders 3" may be one of those that belong to the most awaited continuities ever. The relative titles within the franchise are also getting their share of the spotlight, starting with the recently launched "Darksiders Warmastered Edition."

Recently, it was talked about that the "Darksiders: Warmastered Edition" is bound to get a Wii U version, according to recent reports. It was also further added that THQ Nordic finds it quite challenging to make the game compatible to the said hardware, and while it may be a great idea, the delay is a necessary move for the company. Nonetheless, THQ Nordic's Reinhard Pollice said that it is not cancelled, but simply taking its time-but the rumors do not stop there, especially for "Darksiders 3."

This insinuates the question on what is to become to "Darksiders 3" and the successors from there. The speculations have not ceased that there are two more titles slated for release for the fresh Nintendo Switch. One of this is the mentioned, while other candidates include "Red Faction," "Titan Quest" and "Deadly Creatures." However, there is one that may be farther away from certainty than the rest.

Some reports have reviewed that "Darksiders: Warmastered Edition" is one that is worth spending ample time on and could last about 12 to 20 hours. The same is somewhat expected from "Darksiders 3," and hopefully, whichever installment will come after it.
