'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Latest News & Updates: The Game Will Be Offered Free to Play for Five Days, Find out Here!

Great news to all "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" fans as Activision will soon be offering a free to play event for the game on Xbox One, Windows PC and PlayStation 4. It begins later this week, with a limited playable section of the game.

According to GameSpot, all three modes of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" are available in the free to play event, which kicks off on Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. PST until the same time on Dec. 20. These are the first two missions of the campaign, Zombies in Spaceland with a level cap of 3 and multiplayer with a level cap of 15.

For PlayStation 4 players who want to try the multiplayer out or Zombies on "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare", PlayStation Plus is a requirement. For Xbox One players, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is needed to test out the trial alongside its campaign.

In the event of purchasing the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," the progress of the game will be carried over to its full version. If players want to get a digital copy of the game, re-downloading is no longer needed since it's already the full 60 GB version approximately to download to join the trial.

Polygon, on the other hand, gave "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" a score of 8.5 although its rating on Metacritic is basically tied with 2013's "Call of Duty: Ghosts." Activision has offered free weekends in the previous although they were multiplayer-only promotions following "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" release date, according to Polygon.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" was developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision, which is the thirteenth primary installment in the "Call of Duty" series released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows on Nov. 4, 2016. It received positive reviews in general upon release.
