There are various bonuses to be won during the limited event and these include new skins for the characters. Tracer is one example where her new outfit is similar to Santa Claus, and the only thing different is her pair of boots and gloves that is readily made for battle. On the other hand, Torbjorn really looks the part as Santa Claus since he has his iconic beard with bells dangling under it.

One of the special features that are being offered in the Christmas season of "Overwatch" is the new Brawl mode called Mei's Snowball Offensive. The new mode will bring players in a 6v6 battle in Ecopoint Antarctica while they all play as Mei that is equipped with a snowball gun. There are also changes in how her weapon works since it can only fire once and reloading will only take place on the pile of snow that is located around the map. The special attack of the character is to fire the snowball gun multiple times without the need to resupply on the snow piled.
