"Despicable Me 3" will surely be a hit as the first two instalments are among the most celebrated animated films. Gru, Lucy and the Minions are in for a new adventure as a new villain is seen in the recently released trailer.

Balthazar Bratt, a fallen 1980s star, is the new villain in "Despicable Me 3." He is seen in complete purple outfit with shoulder pads and a huge quiff. Trey Parker will be the voice actor behind the adversary of Gru, who is voiced over by Steve Carrell.

Balthazar Bratt invoked terror as he attempts to siege the ship. True to its funny story line, the "Despicable Me 3" new villain moon walks across the ocean to the tune of Michael Jackson's music.

As he is the fallen 1980s star, Balthazar Bratt has not moved on from his past. The new villain's weapons in "Despicable Me 3" are items that are widely popular during the 80s like Rubik's cube that explodes and a bubble gum that is equally destructive. All these iconic items, Balthazar Bratt use as he attempts to conquer the world.

At the end of the "Despicable Me 3" trailer, Balthazar Bratt is seen challenging Gru to a dance-off in his attempt to settle their battle. The villain has his funny side after all. However, Gru is seen knocking Balthazar with just one blow. And once again, the audience is reminded that good always win against evil.

"Despicable Me 3" is expected to gross more than its predecessor. "Despicable Me 2" has $970 million worldwide to its name.

"Despicable Me 3" will hit the silver screen on June 30 next year. Are you excited to see Gru fight Balthazar Bratt with Lucy (Kristen Wiig) and his friend Minions? Tell us what you think and do not forget to stay tuned to GamenGuide for the latest news and update.
