Meanwhile, "Outlast" will also become free on Xbox One, while fans of "Burnout Paradise" can get their games free of charge on Xbox 360. On the other hand, "Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" is free on Xbox One for the whole month of December.

To celebrate Sony's one-year anniversary of its backward compatibility service, Microsoft will give every Xbox One and 360 owners a chance to own a game for free. What's even better is that you don't have to be ab Xbox Live Gold member to download a game. All you need to do is to make sure that you download them as soon as you can because it's only available for a limited time only, Game Spot reported.

According to Pocket Lint, one of the games that Microsoft is going to give away is the Japanese RPG Lost "Odyssey". It originally came out as an exclusive for the Xbox at the beginning of 2008 and was highly acclaimed back then. The game is highly similar to the "Final Fantasy" series as both are co-written and designed by Hironobu Sakaguchi. Even its battle system is quite similar to other Japanese RPGs released.

You'll play the character of Kaim, an immortal who heads a party of various fighters as he travels the world to regain his lost memory and save everyone through a magical industrial revolution. The quest is quite lengthy but will certainly give you various encounters as you go through the game.
