'Mass Effect: Andromeda' Release Date, News & Update: Bioware Is Secretly Planning To Bring Back All The Races For The Upcoming Sci-Fi Game

"Mass Effect" fans know that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is set in the events between "Mass Effect 2" and "Mass Effect 3" games and will be in a different galaxy. Meaning, there are no possibilities that the older races will be featured in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" or is there?

Bioware's Secret Plan Brining All Races Back In 'Mass Effect: Andromeda'

In an interview with Eurogamer, Mac Walters admitted that some alien races will be featured in "Mass Effect: Andromeda." Walters stated that Bioware has a whole backstory on how it's possible that a few alien species will be a part on "Mass Effect: Andromeda."

Walters added that all details will be revealed when Bioware has "Mass Effect: Andromeda" released and settled in. The game developer hinted that Bioware has some several details explaining how it was possible for other alien race to survive in one of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" books released.

With that in mind, it seems Bioware is taking "Mass Effect: Andromeda" story in a larger ground and not just in the game itself, but also in their books as well. "Mass Effect" fans has literally more to expect from "Mass Effect: Andromeda" when the sci-fi game releases in March 2017.

In previous reports, the Kett Race will be the newest addition to the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" storyline. Joel Macmillan did explain how the protagonist can associate with the new species and how will the players can choose to whether side with the Kett race or to go against them in "Mass Effect: Andromeda."

Since the species are new to the franchise, players will know more on the Kett race in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" by venturing into the stories and side-stories regarding the Kett race in the upcoming game. With the added Kett race in "Mass Effect: Andromeda", the expansion of its alien species will make the game more diverse than ever.
