GTA V developers have recently introduced an enhanced content for the game that players have to pay to avail. This is as part of the release of the next generation consoles for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The PC, however, will be launched in January of 2017.
The free content is comprised of improvements affecting gameplay diversity, graphical improvements, improved special effects, higher resolution textures and more than 150 radio broadcasts and tracks. The paid content, on the other hand, includes all those in a free version with the exclusive access to special challenges, weapons, missions, and vehicles, says IGN.

The game unlocks the new content when it identifies that the GTA V version for PlayStation 3 or for Xbox 360 has been played on the Xbox LIVE or PSN account presently used. To make it work, you have to first, create a Social Club account you may access it by visiting their website or clicking the hyperlink provided. Log in if you already have one.
Please take note that when generating an account or setting the properties upon logging in, assign to it the Xbox LIVE or PSN account that you used to play GTA V for Xbox 360 or PS3. After that, log in to the PlayStation 4 or to Xbox One using an assigned PSN or Xbox LIVE account and start the game.

For those who played the earlier generation of consoles without an Internet connection and do not have any PSN or Xbox LIVE achievements or trophies for the earlier version of the game, the additional content may not be obtainable.
