'Batman: The Telltale Series' Reviews, Reactions & Updates: Fifth Episode Ends Franchise Poorly? Fans Expected More?

"Batman: The Telltale Series" has become quite the norm to those following the company. As with any other title made by Telltale Games, the franchise came in an episodic manner each one offering a flavor and explanation of its own.

After a series of many unexpected twists and turns, it was said that "Batman: The Telltale Series" was going up and down the popularity scale. There are those who authentically enjoyed the game, though some were not as pleasantly driven into wanting more for the franchise.

Some reports say that the fifth episode and concluding a bit of "Batman: The Telltale Series" fell short of the expected powerful ending that could have taken it further. After the last few episodes which were said to not have been up to par already, "City of Light" was not too appealing to the fans for countable reasons-one, being the technical attributes that were not addressed well.

There are those who spoke their side on the glitches of going up against intangible objects; an example being a floating set of eyes. Crashes were also pointed out, with only a short span of the gap between them. Story-wise, "Batman: The Telltale Series" certainly became slightly clearer during the fifth episode, though the way that the characters delivered their share of the story was said to have been weak and unstable.

In the same manner, fans say that the ending of "Batman: The Telltale Series" was not as substantial as anticipated-fans were eager to see emotion, meaning and more than just a speech from Bruce Wayne himself. Generally, "City of Light" was said to have had its art wherein it shined well, but the other factors such as writing, character delivery and plot shifts are what gave fans quite the difficulty getting through to the fans.
