What Makes ‘Uncharted 4’ Metacritic’s Highest Rated Game Of The Year?

"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" has been Metacritic's number one among the best game of 2016. The game received a 93 percent review rating which is followed by "Inside," "Out of the Park Baseball 17,"and "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" which earned 92 percent.

"Overwatch" played both in Xbox One and PC has garnered a 91 percent Metacritic score. PS4 has also received the highest total for any platform with six ninety plus games. As per MCVuk, though "Uncharted 4" has received the highest number it was still rated as second from the lowest rated winning game for the last five years.

Game Industry also relayed that PS Vita, 3DS and PC games which received 70.8 percent were among the platforms that also received the highest average scores on Metacritics. PC Games has 450 titles rated and a total of 178 games received positive reviews in 2016. However, Sony has published Naughty Dog's "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" as the highest rated game of the year.

Meanwhile, game that received the lowest Metacritic rates were "Ghostbusters from Activision" with 30 percent, "Dino Dini's Kick Off Revival" with 31 percent, "Soda Drinker Pro" of 31 percent, "Weeping Doll" with 34 percent and Langrisser Re:Incarnation -TENSEI- 35 percent.


"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" was also known for its impressive action packed journey combined with cinematic feel which unquestionably makes it to the top. PS4 has released 445 games this year compared to 276 released in 2015. Xbox One only made three games this year compared to 90 plus exclusive games in 2015.
