Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is slated to be released on March 7, 2017. This franchise game, which was first announced sometime in 2015, is designed for an open-world environment. The game play tells of the Ghosts which were dispatched to the Wildlands of Bolivia. Their target is to topple down the drug cartel.

According to PCAdvisor, Ghost Recon Wildlands is one of Tom Clancy's game series being developed and published by Ubisoft Paris. The mechanics of the game consist of options to carry out missions patterned after real - life time and weather environments. The game player will have to take a treacherous and dangerous journey across the Bolivian wildlands.

A look inside the development of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ubisoft Paris organized a team of 30 individual experts and crews to go to Bolivia, as reported by Gamespot. Their aim is to create a great game by studying the locale, the people, the surroundings to depict the greatly authentic Bolivian wildlands. To give a background of the game play, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, includes a four-men team of elite special operations forces. These highly trained soldiers are sent into Bolivia particularly in Santa Blanca, the seat of the drug cartel. The Ghost team will be under the supervision of a case officer from the Central Intelligence Agency, Karen Bowman.
