'Star Wars: The Force Unleashed' & More Free For Xbox Live Gold Members; 500GB Xbox One S 'Minecraft' Bundle Now $200
Xbox One owners may now play "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" with no extra cost all the month of February. However, several Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners may have already missed out on the other free games such as the "Killer Instinct Season 2" that was available until Feb. 15. In the meantime, the Xbox One is now selling at discounted prices to match its Sony console competitor.
Xbox 360 Gets Star Wars Game
After rolling out the hybrid space shooter from Asteroid base for free, Microsoft has also launched some more games a few days ago for Xbox One gamers. Note that Xbox Live Gold Members with Xbox 360 consoles may still get the "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game until the end of the month. It should be noted that "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" may also be played on the Xbox One via backwards compatibility. On the other hand, availability for "Monkey Island 2: SE" ended with "Killer Instinct Season 2," GameSpot reported.
In the meantime the February 2017 Games with Xbox Live Gold Lineup also includes "Project Cars." It should be noted that the motorsport racing simulator video game was available for Xbox Live Gold members from Feb. 16. The Xbox One version may be played until March 15, 2017.
Xbox One Is Now Only $250
In other news, eBay recently started to offer the 500GB Xbox One S "Minecraft" bundle for a mere $200. Microsoft previously announced that it would offer a price rollback of $50 for both the Xbox One and the Xbox One consoles. The temporary price cut offer was at $250 which is expected to last until Feb. 25, 2017, GameSpot reported.
The Xbox One deal is said to match Sony's temporary price cut on the PlayStation 4 for $250 from Feb. 12 to Feb. 25. After Sony announced the price cut, Microsoft soon followed after.
