'Sea Of Thieves' Features & Gameplay: Weekly Technical Alpha Play Session With 8,000 Invites, Sign Up Open At Insider Program
"Sea of Thieves", a shared-world action adventure game about pirates on the high seas is all set to be launched anytime in 2017. The game will delve into the pirates' life, while they search for treasures, fight other pirates, drink and do many activities that pirates do. At this point in time, Rare Ltd., the game's developer has not yet fixed the scope of the game or even the settings and maps that game players will explore.
Additionally, in a report by Gamenguide, 'Sea of Thieves" is an ambitious pirating game MMO adventure published by Microsoft Studios for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. In the trailer of the game, the players will take the role of the pirates of which they will have a ship, sail the high seas, and fight against other pirates. There are various activities that the pirate can engage in aside from the usual treasure hunting, and of course the drinking spree after a successful fighting and looting.
Automatic YouTube captions? Always a treat. But we do go in and fix them as some are just... weird. #CaptionFail #AngularJawAnchor #ChloeOil pic.twitter.com/OGGw6SnbEQ

It has been revealed by Gamezone, that the "Sea of Thieves" have started running the Technical Alpha play session every Wednesday of each week. This is the time that the game is tested by no less than 8,000 invites to play on the new features. What the invites have to do are to take the weekday play sessions and engage the testers on the features, including the voyage system.
In the very recent Technical Alpha Play Session conducted, it turned out that a group of players of the "Sea of Thieves" are far better at the game than the developers. Those who are interested to join the technical alpha sessions can sign up in the "Sea of Thieves" Insider Program page. For news and updates of the game, stay tuned to Gamenguide.
