DC Increases Comic Line To Add Diversity To Books
DC has made a MAJOR announcement today (it's a big day for comics). After dropping the bomb that they were cancelling 14 books with their Convergence storyline, today they released that they would be adding 24 brand spanking new series to diversify their long standing line up.

Sandman Movie Moves Forward
A year ago the comic world was simultaneously delighted and worried when it was announced that Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be helming an adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Sandman comic for the big screen. The sometimes indie, sometimes action star is set to direct the film as well as take on the title of role Dream of the Endless. The comic series is 75 issues long and is based in the DC universe. Despite the fantasy/horror aspects, familiar faces tend to show up in its pages.
