Cryptozoic Entertainment has announced that their hugely successful Kickstarter-funded project Ghostbusters: The Board Game is coming to retails this October 30. This is the first officially licensed Ghostbusters tabletop game in nearly 30 years, and it appears to have been worth the wait.

'Ghostbusters: The Board Game' Successfully Funded On Kickstarter, Raises $1,500,000

Over 8,300 Ghostbusters fans backed Crytpozoic Entertainment's Ghostbusters: The Board Game, raising over $1,500.00 for the project, six times the original funding goal of $250,000. This means that the project is most decidedly a go, and that the tabletop game will start shipping worldwide this October.
