Palworld is a very popular game right now. It is so famous, in fact, that the game sold over 20 million copies to date, making it a definite contender as one of the top games of 2024. But, despite the game's massive success, many players are clamoring for the developers to add more features to make Palworld better.

Improved Quality of Life

The game has a lot of charm to it in that players can catch these cute creatures called "Pals" and have them work at their base. However, the community agrees that Palworld still lacks a plethora of quality-of-life features, some of which are outlined by Redditor Rohkha.

One of the things they said was that Palworld should have a feature that allows players to drop out of the sky while they're on their flying mount, similar to what would happen if they ran out of stamina.

Another good feature they have requested is that Palworld players must have the ability to assign tasks and priorities to Pals. The option to prevent Pals from doing tasks unless they are proficient at them is also a nice addition.

Redditor Arel203 suggests that the game must have presets to allow players to set their favorite Pals quickly and easily. "Let me assign my 5 mining pals together for one click assembly at the palbox," they added.

Selling Pals in the game right now is quite tedious, particularly when there is no option to filter them out somehow. One Redditor said that Palworld desperately needs filters in order for the community to sell their unwanted Pals much more easily.

Data Looks Promising

Even though the game still needs features and polish to make it great, recent Steam Charts data suggest that players are still enjoying Palworld in its current state. In fact, at the time of writing, more than 755,000 players have played Pocketpair's base-building survival game, with its peak player count having reached over 2.1 million since its release, which is quite impressive.

Hopefully, the developers keep a close eye on what the community wants to keep the momentum going. Because right now, Palworld is on its way to becoming one of the best games of 2024.
