Grand Theft Auto 5 Meets Minecraft: Michael DeSanta's House Remade in Mojang's Builder [VIDEO]

Michael DeSanta of GTA V's House Recreated in Minecraft

In Minecraft, it's one thing to recreate something like...I dunno...Manhattan, or Oakland. Still impressive, but it reaches an absolutely meta-level when recreating something from a video game IN another video game. "We need to go deeper, Cobb" territory. If we're going to define things in terms of "Inception," I'd say that this Minecraft recreation of Michael DeSanta's house from GTA V is about a level three.

The house was crafted by Minecrafter Tanriverdi. His recreation of the DeSanta household was so good, that even Grand Theft Auto developer Rockstar picked up on it, sharing the video of its discovery on the Rockstar newswire, where they described the rendition as "a real treat to see - Tanriverdi's got the exterior AND interior nailed including the bedrooms, the tennis court, pool and even the garage stocked an appropriately blocky version of Michael’s Obey Tailgater."

It's not just on the outside that Tanriverdi nailed the details; the living room, dining room, kitchen, kids' bedrooms, Michael's stocked closet, everything. Very, very impressive, but bittersweet for PC fans, as it'll be the closest they come to playing Grand Theft Auto V.
