Nintendo eShop New Games This Week: Strike Force Foxx, Mr Driller 2, escapeVektor And Several ATLUS Titles

Nintendo is pouring out a steady stream of new titles onto the eShop this week. Let's see what they have in store for us today!

Hyrule Warriors Video Shows Off The Windwaker

First up is the sidescrolling helicopter game Strike Force Foxx. "Players will take to the air in their helicopter in more than 35 missions to eliminate the numerous hazardous obstacles, including gunmen, tanks, helicopters, planes, machine-gunning jeeps, heat-seeking missiles, gunboats, battleships, submarines, and more. Along the way, players can upgrade their chopper with new, more powerful weapons to eradicate the enemy more efficiently." Will it be the closest thing to a Thunder Blade sequel we'll get? Maybe! The game is available exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.

Coming to Nintendo's Virtual Console is Mr. Driller 2, the Dig Dug-esque Game Boy Advanced title from back in 2000. You even play as the son of the original Dig Dug guy! In addition to the main adventure, Mr. Driller 2 includes three new modes: Mission Driller, Endless Driller and Time Attack Driller. The game is priced at $6.99 for the Wii U so come on and drill, baby, drill!

Mario Kart 8 And Smash Bros Tournaments At SDCC!

Several sales are also occurring. For those who simply need more drilling and/or digging, Steam World Dig is discounted at 50% from now until 9AM on July 31.

escapeVektor, a cyber puzzle game that puts you inside the computer for 150 trap filled levels is now available for the 3DS for $3.99.

The charming looking, 'channel your inner arsonist' game Little Inferno is also half off from now until 9AM on July 24.

And if you find yourself a little weary of Mario Kart 8 (but how?), you can fire up Snow Moto Racing 3D for the Nintendo 3DS, currently on sale for $3.99 until August 21. It's hot out there. This is the next best thing to air conditioning.

Lastly, several ATLUS titles are on sale, including Shin Megami Tensei IV, Shin Megami: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers.

That's all for this week. Tune in next time for even more Nintendo goodness!
