FIFA 15 Mobile And Console Titles Released: FIFA 15 Ultimate Team Out Now Free For iOS, Android, And Windows Phone

FIFA 15 Mobile Game Released On iOS, Android, And Windows Phone

FIFA 15 has officially launched in North America today, and it is joined by mobile game FIFA 15 Ultimate Team on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.

Destiny Special Event Live Now, Promises Rare Or Legendary Rewards Only

The mobile title is free on the App Store, Google Play, and the Windows Phone Store. As the name implies, it brings an Ultimate Team mode to mobile devices while still offering on-field gameplay.

FIFA 15 Ultimate Team also comes with a new quick simulation mode, a match of the week to try for yourself, and controller support for certain devices that work with smartphones. EA has traditionally published annual mobile FIFA titles alongside the console versions that you had to pay for--it remains to be seen if this will replace the usual mobile release, but seems unlikely they will launch two FIFA 15 mobile games.

List Of Playable FIFA 15 Leagues And Clubs

The Ultimate Team mode is incredibly popular, and bringing it as the focus of the mobile version makes sense. It can also be easily monetized through microtransactions, providing EA with more of a reason to emphasize the mode on a platform familiar with in-app purchases. The game itself is now live at no cost nonetheless, so check it out on your mobile device if interested.
