Final Fantasy Type 0 HD Trailer Arrives In American Movie Theaters This Winter; But Which Movies Will It Be Attached To? [VIDEO]

Going To The Movies This Winter? You May Just See The Latest Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Trailer Up On The Big Screen

Film-goers who deign to arrive early enough to the theater this winter will be in for a special treat. Square Enix is releasing the new Final Fantasy Type-0 HD trailer into cinemas.

Final Fantasy XV's Tech Demo Shows You How The Beauty Is Made

Let us be honest, even though video gaming has surpassed Hollywood as one of the biggest moneymakers in the world, films are still one of the cultural touchstones that extends to all of us. Not everyone plays StarCraft II, but more than a lot of us have seen Frozen. Film is still our main way of reaching others on a massive scale.

So, for Square Enix to be putting a trailer in front of movies; well, that's pretty cool. No word on exactly which films the trailer, which you can see below, will be appearing in front of. The announcement states it will show "in American cinemas nationwide in front of the season's biggest blockbuster films!"

Take Home Morrigan From Dragon Age, Available Soon In Statue Form

Given that we are in the midst of awards season and I don't think the audience for Nightcrawler has much crossover appeal with Final Fantasy, it is safe to bet that if you find yourself at a screening of Mockingjay this month, or during The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies in December, you'll be catching sight of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

The trailer itself is a mix of CGI and gameplay. It is definitely designed to get people talking.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is a remake of the PSP title. The game is out on March 17, 2015. If getting another full FF game, you can pre-order the title to secure the Final Fantasy XV playable demo (Episode Duscae) available that comes with Type-0.

Watch the trailer 'We Have Arrived' below. Tell me this won't look good on a giant movie screen.
