Warhammer Quest Coming To Steam In January; Popular Mobile App Gets The Desktop Makeover

Another week, another Wahammer game adaptation. This week’s winner is Warhammer Quest! The turn-based fantasy rpg, developed by Rodeo Games and currently available on iOS will be coming to PC, Mac and Linux via Steam a little after the New Year.

The desktop port comes via Chilled Mouse, who will release the game on January 7.

Players still jazzed about the third Hobbit movie will find much to enjoy in the high-fantasy setting of Warhammer Quest. Lead a group of heroic adventurers, travel to glorious lands, meet strange and exciting monsters and kill them. And then steal their loot.

The iOS title is quite fun and very deep for a mobile title and now players can have a little more control over the screen and units. Not sure you want to plop down the money for the full PC version? Try it out on your phone for $4.99.

Players can pre-order the standard edition for a 20% discount ($11.99 , which will net them the full game which includes the four starting heroes, three game areas and a special Vampires and Zombies tileset & enemies pack. A deluxe edition available for $23.99 earns you all of the above, seven additional heroes, five new areas and the Skeletons & Necromancers enemy pack.
