Total War Attila DLC The Longbeards Culture Pack Is Out Now Offers 3 Factions And A New Narrative Feature

The first downloadable content for Total War: Attila, The Longbeards Culture Pack, has been released.

Dying Light's Ultimate Survivor Bundle DLC Is Coming March 10

Three new playable factions to Total War: Attila. The Langobards, the Burgundians and the Alamans can be used in single or multiplayer campaign modes, as well as custom and multiplayer battles. The DLC is $7.19 for the next 20 hours before it returns to its normal $7.99.

The content brings new units, the factions, buildings, and objectives to the newest entry in the Total War franchise, but it also introduces a new feature called 'The Lay of Ybor'. This presents the player with a series of linked narrative events with branching options, something that hasn't really been present in the series before.

As the story draws to its conclusion, Ybor himself becomes available as a hero for you to use, and his traits and skills reflect the choices you made. In other words, pretty cool! This pack was developed by The Creative Assembly's "New Content Team", which last created the Wrath of Sparta Campaign Pack for Total War: Rome II and are now working on more paid and free DLC for Attila.
