Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel's Fourth And Final DLC Pack Sends You Deep Into Claptrap's Insane Head

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel's Fourth And Final DLC Pack Sends You Deep Into Claptrap's Insane Head

The Claptastic Voyage will be just that! At Pax East today 2K and Gearbox announced the fourth add-on dlc pack for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, which will come with the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2, that raises the level cap to 70. What's more, it's releasing in a few short weeks.

You'll be able to find it for download on PC, Xbox 360, and PC on March 24. As per usual it's available by itself for $9.99 or as part of the season pass for $29.99, which nets you one for free.

Unlike some of the previous DLC packs, there is no new playable character, but the story certainly sounds worth it alone.

In Claptastic Voyage, Handsome Jack has found somehing inside Claptrap's mind, something "ludicriously powerful" (surely not his AI), and has digitized the Vault Hunters to go in and pull it out. This will ensure you see all-new environments, find a way to run into long-dead enemies, and of course, get some new gear, including a new "glitched weapons system". Perhaps more importantly? We'll find out why Claptrap loves dubstep so much.

Plus there's that Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2, which is included as bonus content in this pack and raises the level cap to 70, giving you 10 new skill points to earn for your Vaul Hunters.

If you haven't picked this up because it's on all of those old systems, don't forget the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, which is hitting PS4 and Xbox One the same day as this DLC in North America and a few days later internationally, on March 24 and March 27 respectively.
