Dance Central Spotlight Adds Borderlands Characters: Here's How To Unlock Claptrap And Nisha

How To Unlock Borderlands' Claptrap And Nisha For Dance Central Spotlight

This weekend at PAX East Harmonix revealed that two characters from Gearbox Software's Borderlands series- Nisha and Claptrap- are now available as playable characters in Dance Central Spotlight.

It isn't immediately obvious where they are but all you have to do to unlock them? Go to the character select screen and press XXXXX or YYYYY. That's it! Then you'll have two new characters to play as, one which doesn't even have any legs.

Nisha first appeared as a boss in Borderlands 2, where she plays The Sheriff of Lynchwood, before ending up as a playable character in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. She's really good at shooting but apparently she's really good at dancing as well.

We already knew that Claptrap was a seasoned dancer (as well as his love of dubstep) but this is the first chance for him to really show off his moves. The developers were apparently hesitant to include him despite his popularity because after all, he's got no legs, but they mapped them to his wheel and it ended up working just fine. Go find out for yourself!

This isn't the first time Gearbox and Harmonix have worked together, of course, as they collaborated on the incredible Moon Dance trailer for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel last year. It's a song that stayed in our heads for months after hearing it at E3, so here, let that ear worm burrow deep inside once again.
