Silent Hill Coming to Universal Studios

Universal Studios in both Hollywood and Florida are bringing the nightmarish world of Silent Hill into their yearly "Halloween Horror Nights" events this October. On an entirely unrelated, that's also when the next Silent Hill movie, "Silent Hill Revelation 3D," is expected to come out.

The maze will include an enemy character that's been a staple of the series since the first Silent Hill game premiered in 1999 - the deformed nurses.
Usually representing some form of sexual repression, dysfunction, etc., their addition to Universal Studio's represents their importance to the series, as well as that old addage, "sex sells." The maze is also said to include "the executioner," who by all laws of logic should mean the infamous Pyramid Head.

Past attractions for "Horror Nights" have included such horror icons as Freddy Kreuger, Jason, Leatherface, as well as Chucky. Only seems fitting that they make the way for new features like the psychological horror Silent Hill. This is a first that Universal Studios will have a video game maze, and with Konami collaborating with Universal, it should end all come together fairly well.

No idea yet as to what else the maze may include or what it looks like, but you can check out this clip for the "Revelations" movie that showed at Comic-Con.
