'Heroes Reborn' Season 2 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: TV Series Cancelled by NBC? Possible Storyline Revealed

NBC reportedly cancelled the "Heroes Reborn" TV series. New reports have claimed that the miniseries had a controversy, whch is the main reason why creator Tim Kring had decided to end the show.

'Heroes Reborn' Season 2 is now impossible

NBC chairman Robert Greenbalt had said that "Heroes Reborn" is definitely not having its second season as it was intended to just have one season. "As far as I know there are no more incarnations of 'Heroes' coming, and the plan is to put out just one season," the TV executive told Variety at the Television Critics Association, as reported by Design Trend.

However, Robert Greenbalt did not confirm that "Heroes Reborn" is definitely not coming back anymore. As a matter of fact, he stated that "Heroes Reborn" is more-than-likely done "unless Tim woke up one day and said, 'Oh, I have another chapter to tell.'"

'Heroes: Reborn' has potential for another storyline

Before "Heroes Reborn" debuted last year, Tim Kring, the creator of the series, told the press that the TV series has several stories to tell. "It's a show about ordinary people with extraordinary powers," Tim Kring said of "Heroes Reborn" miniseries. "It's an indeterminate [amount of] people around the world and then they have to save the world."

So much had happen to the series but you can't always follow a big TV series with another big one. The movie industry always finds ways to come up with a sequel and ends up failing in the process. It is "Friends," try imagining it with a prequel and we all know that is bound to suck.

"Heroes Reborn" fans have not got over the feeling of the first series that aired 10 years ago and so do we. And if "Heroes Reborn" was a huge hit, how come NBC just put the story to a close so suddenly?

NBC could have just explored ways to make the story interesting for the fans. However, the feeling of a remake glares the creator's desk computer. Well, it is sensible enough that the network stuck to the original plan of a one season series.
