'Pokemon Go' Tips, Tricks & Cheats: Trying To Find Rare Pokemon? Check Out These Tips!

Now that Niantic has blocked the use of third-party tracking apps in "Pokemon Go," catching rare Pokemon has become harder. Good thing that there are tips on how to catch these rare Pokemon even without the tracking maps.

The Fire-Type And Mythical Category

"Pokemon Go" is now a bit harder to play without the tracking feature; however, BitBag has listed some tips so you may still catch those elusive rare Pokemon. For instance, Vulpix and Charmander may be found in warmer conditions such as residential areas, cities and farmlands. Since these rare Pokemon are Fire Type, they tend to stay in these areas.

Meanwhile, "Pokemon Go" players may find Dratini and Lapras in bodies of waters such as lakes, rivers, piers, beaches and ponds. Players may also explore in parks near these bodies of water. This also goes true for Squirtle and Horsea, which have high spawning rates in water. Still belonging to the Mythical category, Snorlax and Porygon have no clear habitat. "Pokemon Go" players said to have found them randomly in parks and beaches.

The Electric-Type And Fighting-Type

"Pokemon Go" has another kind of Pokemon known as the electric-type creatures. Electabuzz and Magnemite can be found in urban locations with high concentration of electric wires. More so, Magnemite is also a steel-type of Pokemon, which means that it can also be found in factory plants and industrial zones. Pikachu may likewise be found in places with dense electrical wires. The most favorite Pokemon may be found in universities, industrial parks and college campuses.

HItmonchan and Hitmonlee are both fighting-type Pokemon and found in places related to health and fitness such as gyms, gardens and parks. They are also said to be found in humid and warm areas such as sports centers, stadiums and golf courses. Chansey is another Pokemon that can be found in places associated with health such as hospitals, dispensaries and pharmacies.
