‘Pokemon GO’ Latest News, Release Date & Update: Niantic Confirms Spawning Legendary Pokemons in ‘Pokemon GO?’ [VIDEO]

It's not a secret that not all of the 151 first generation of Pokemons are in "Pokemon GO." It's also known that the legendary Pokemons Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are not in the game just yet, but, is that really the case?

Someone just caught an Articuno in "Pokemon GO!"

Back in August 2, a Facebook post by Kaitlyn Covey shows a video of an articuno on a mobile phone, guarding a PokeGym. She is claiming that Niantic Labs had sent her the legendary Pokemon after contacting them about an issue. Here is the video:

Also, there is another "Pokemon GO" trainer that shows that he also has caught an Articuno. It via Twitch livestream and the "Pokemon GO" trainer is trying to prove that the Articuno is the real thing. Here is the video:

Niantic revokes Articunos from "Pokemon GO" trainers.

Niantic Labs has already made a statement regarding the news of several "Pokemon GO" trainers getting a hold of Articuno. "Pokemon GO" creators have also revoked the legendary Pokemon from several players accounts.

Here is the official statement from Niantic Labs to IGN "We recently noticed that a few Legendary Pokemon got into a few accounts when they shouldn't have, To preserve the game's integrity and as a measure of fairness, we have rectified the situation and revoked the legendary Pokemon from the Trainers' accounts."
