PlayStation Plus Latest News & Update: Free Games for August Now Available Online

New Titles Have Arrived on the 'PlayStation Plus Free Games for August'

It's the month of August and Sony has been consistent in releasing their latest PlayStation Plus Free Games for August. This time, all platforms were able to get their own titles mainly "Tricky Towers" and "Rebel Galaxy" for the PS4 platform. For the PS3 platform, players can avail of the "Yakuza 5" and "Retro/Grade."

Sony players on the PS Vita platform on the other hand will get "Patapon 3" and "Ultratron." So far, these have been the titles available on the PlayStation Plus Free Games for August. For more new titles, players can wait until next week for new titles in August.

Meantime, you can check out IGN's feature on the PS4 cutting its price to $280 from the original $300 price. The price is for the console only and it is not bundled with any other games exclusively for the PS4 console.

If you have been meaning to buy the latest games alongside the purchase of your PS4 console, take note that Uncharted is priced at $40 and No Man's Sky at $48. But if you want the ultimate price drop on your PS4 console bundle, you can always avail of the PlayStation 4 with Uncharted 4, No Man's Sky and Call of Duty: Black Ops III for only $400.

If you haven't registered to the PlayStation Plus, you might as well do it for some regular monthly free games. Last month's free games include "Saints Row: Get Out of Hell," "Furi," "Fat Princess," "Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood," "Prince of Persia: Revelation" and "Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines."

These games are still available for purchase if you were not able to download them in July. Don't miss the latest update on the PlayStation Plus Free Games for August by regularly checking on GamenGuide.com.
