'Fallout 4: Nuka World' News & Update: Major DLC Confirmed for Aug. 30 Release; Bethesda Reveals Details of New Quests & Achievements

"Fallout 4: Nuka World" is getting its last major DLC and the global release date for it has been announced already. The video game publisher, Bethesda Softworks, confirmed that the Nuka World update is coming to Europe, Australia and New Zealand on Aug. 30 while North America will have it earlier, on Aug. 29.

"Fallout 4: Nuka World" is expected to come with all-new quests, creatures, weapons and many other items. Although Bethesda did not specify the size of the upcoming DLC, by just looking at the scope and new additions, it can be assumed that it will be much bigger than the recent Vault-Tec Workshop DLC which contained 400 MB of files.

On Bethesda's Community Page, some of the new contents in the "Fallout 4: Nuka World" DLC were revealed and it is about the different Nuka World quests, achievements and trophies that players can get while playing the game. Firstly, the major quests to complete in order to gain trophies include: "Taken for a Ride," "The Grand Tour," "Home Sweet Home" and Power Play."

The other expeditions and rewards to be gained are: Eyes on the Prize: Get 100,000 tickets at the Nuka-Cade, Beverageer: Create 20 flavors of Nuka-Cola, Raiding for Living: Carry out 12 quests for any Nuka-World Raider Gangs, Diebrarian: Collect all issues of Scav! Magazine, Hostile Takeover: Set up 8 Raider camps in The Commonwealth and finally All Sugared Up: Defeat 40 Nuka-World creatures while intoxicated with any Nuka-Mix flavor.

In addition, ahead of the Nuka World DLC's release, Bethesda also treated fans to a preview of the Nuka World map. Gamers have the option to obtain either the digital or physical version of the map.

The "Fallout 4 :Nuka World" DLC is coming to PS4, PC and Xbox One on the dates mentioned earlier. For players who do not have Season Pass, they can get the update for $19.99 (US), £19.99 (UK) and AUD $29.95.

Finally, if you would like to enjoy more privileges, you can opt for the "Fallout 4" Season Pass which is being sold for only $50. This pack comes with a number of previous DLCs including Wasteland Workshop, Automatron, Far Harbor and Contraptions Workshop. All the coming add-ons for the game are also included so this is really a big saver for fans of the game.
