MacBook Pro 2016 Latest News, Release Date & Update: No Shared Limelight With iPhone 7

There will only be one Apple product in the spotlight this September 7 and it will be the iPhone 7. Those hoping to see the MacBook Pro 2016 will have to wait until the Fall.

This is the consensus of most, believing Apple is unlikely to divide the attention for its upcoming event to be held at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Invitations have already been handed out.

This means that the chances of seeing an iPad Mini 5 has also been doused. In a previous post, there were speculations that the much equally awaited tablet could possibly come out. You can read on that here.

MacBook Pro 2016 can wait until Fall

While a lot of Apple fans have been waiting for the next MacBook Pro iteration for years now, saving it for a later date makes a ton of sense. It also falls in line with a previous call by KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo who believes that the MacBook Pro 2016 will come out by the fourth quarter of 2016.

A special announcement is likely for the MacBook Pro 2016 or alternatively through a simple post via its official site. As far as the rumors tied up to the MacBook Pro 2016, everything stands pretty much the same. That includes a thinner model, one likely armed with a Skylake processor, Touch ID, an OLED touch interface and something that will likely run on macOS Sierra.

All those remain unconfirmed with Apple holding everyone in suspense. The featured specs of the MacBook Pro 2016 will likely pick up after that launch of the iPhone 7.

Which will check the Apple skid?

With the iPhone 7 holding minimal changes, sales are unlikely to be as sharp as previous models. Hence, Apple could very well be banking on the MacBook Pro 2016 to address their misfortunes.

Apple has been suffering from dropping sales and the best to hope for right now is to stop the bleeding. Hopefully, that happens before 2016 comes to an end.
