Can ‘Dance Moms’ Abby Lee Miller Avoid Five Years In Prison? Dance Choreographer Said She’s ‘Scared To Death’

"Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller may not be able to avoid prison time at all due to bankruptcy fraud case filed against her. The United States Attorney's Office in Western District of Pennsylvania has indicted the dance choreographer Oct 14 last year. According to Federal Sentencing Guidelines, she can be put in prison for up to five years, pay a fine of $250,000 for each count or both depending on the seriousness of the offense.

We have seen "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller being strict and straight-forward in the reality dance series, but now we see a different side of her. In an interview with "Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss," she said that she is "scared to death."

But like a strong woman that we know her to be, "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller accepted the fact that she made some mistakes in her life. In relation to the fraud case against her, she thought she was doing the right thing at that time. Whoever was guiding her messed up big time!

So how is "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller handling her "humiliating and embarrassing," as she calls it herself, situation? The dance choreographer believes that her sense of humor has helped her a lot. Being able to crack jokes every now and then has helped her to go insane over the situation.

"Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller's legal team reportedly has a deal with the federal to reduce her sentence so she can altogether avoid prison time according to a report by Deadline. The court has granted her request to delay the sentencing to Dec 2.
