‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 3 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: What Is Wes Up To Now?

"How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 premiere is just one week away and fans can't help but seek for more clues about next season's plot details. Latest spoilers suggest that Wes may is doing something aside from studying.

Is Annalise the Killer?

GamenGuide previously reported that another major mystery will happen when "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 airs next week. Season 3 will kick off with a pilot episode showing Annalise Keating being branded as a killer all over campus. Her photos will be plastered everywhere, naming her a killer. It is still unknown what murder is tied to her (Wallace Mahoney or something else).

Meanwhile, spoilers from TV Fanatic added that character developments are expected in "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 alongside another massive murder case. While the Keating 5 spent most of their time outside the classroom in previous seasons, expect Wes, Connor, Asher, Laurel and Michaela to spend more serious time studying this season. Wes is particularly seen deep in thought while reading, but spoilers suggest that he may be up to something else.

Is Wes Planning Something Else?

Promotional photos for "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 showed Wes looking serious studying. However, there are speculations that Wes isn't actually working on his academics rather, he may be doing some investigations on the death of his father (Adam Arkin). In fact, he has possession of some documents that could be vital in solving his father's murder. To recall, Wes' father was shot dead right in front of him, just when he was able to finally meet him.

"How To Get Away With Murder" will kick off with an episode titled "We're Good People Now." It may veer away from murder but as the season progresses, more mysteries will be uncovered. "How to Get Away with Murder" returns for its season 3 beginning Sept. 22 on ABC.
