“Once Upon a Time” season 6 continues and more fairy tale characters will be featured in the hit ABC series. It will be Cinderella’s time to shine in episode 3 titled “The Other Shoe.” The story behind the name of the servant girl turned princess will be revealed next episode.
Jessy Schram will be playing as Cinderella in “Once Upon a Time” season 6. Just like the original story of the famous fairy tale princess, she will suffer a terrible fate from her stepmother and two stepsisters who are always threatened by her undeniable charm. They will refuse her the right to live as a normal lady. An invitation will be sent to their house informing them to join the grand ball where they can meet the prince.
As expected, Cinderella whose real name is Ella, will not receive permission from her step family. Instead, they will look down on her and burn the favorite dress of her mother which after showing it to them in “Once Upon a Time” season 6. She will try to recover the dress from the fireplace but it is already partly burnt. This will give her sisters the idea to call her Cinderella, a combination of cinder and Ella.
But unlike the traditional story of the fan-favorite princess, she will not just sit and watch her step family ruin her life in “Once Upon a Time” season 6. As shown in the preview for the upcoming episode, Cinderella seems planning to take her revenge and kill them. She will ask Emma played by Jennifer Morrison to help her carry out her plan. She needs to resolve her unfinished business with her step family right away, per E! News.
