‘Pokemon Go’ Gen 2 Release Date, Latest News & Update: New Evolutions, Weaker Breed Exiting?

“Pokemon Go” Gen 2 is expected to come somewhere in 2017 and most folks into the augmented reality game are more or less aware of what to expect. Niantic has lined up an array of features for the globally popular mobile app though there is the matter of changes as well.

Changes are expected to cover even the new breed of “Pokemon Go” critters for the game which may affect the default (and easy) ones that most would come across wherever they may be. As mentioned in a previous post, a lot of new rares are expected to come out led by pocket monsters such as Porygon. There are a lot of rares expected to come in “Pokemon Go” Gen 2, a total of 12 new critters as rounded up by Pokemon Go Informer.

New Evolutions Spur Need For PokeCandy

The new breed of “Pokemon Go” will include new evolutions meaning it may be time for players to start saving up on “Pokemon Go” candy. The Buddy System which was previous introduced could be a sign of things to come despite the fact it will be something that folks will have to technically ‘walk’ for.

In another post here on Game & Guide, reeling in candies on “Pokemon Go” will need a lot of kilometers to snag. One kilometer will allegedly return one candy and something that covers only select breeds.

With that said, it may be wise to use “Pokemon Go” candy only as a last resort and do the necessary practices to attain them. This includes hatching eggs on the AR game which again brings folks to the inevitable task of walking for it.

Most “Pokemon Go” players are likely to get into the craze even more once the new critters are officially set. For now, use those hard-earned candies wisely!
