‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Daenerys To Form Alliance With Jon Snow?

Avid fans of the HBO series "Game of Thrones" have been looking forward to the show's upcoming final two seasons. Latest spoiler news indicate of a potential alliance between two powerful characters namely Daenerys and Jon Snow in the show's upcoming Season 7.

A partnership between the Queen of Dragons and the new King of the North may likely happen in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. A source told the fansite Watchers on the Wall that an upcoming scene will feature Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) and Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) together in the same location.

Viewers may recall that Davos has been one of Jon's (Kit Harington) trusted allies. The said character was one of the characters who stayed by the resurrected warrior's side in Season 6 of the HBO series. Meanwhile, Brienne swore her loyalty to Sansa Stark's (Sophie Turner) in the show's previous season.

The source shared that both Davos and Brienne will meet with Daenerys at a location near Kings Landing. The said site, named Dragonpit, served as the Targaryens former dragon stable. However, a previous battle and years of neglect turned the once impressive structure into a derelict old building.

At this time, it is still unclear if the two characters' journey to the Dragonpit represents a potential alliance between Daenerys, Jon and Sansa. The said scene is also set to feature the appearance of characters such as Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel) and several of Daenerys' trusted allies.

In other news, cast member Ben Crompton teased of exciting plotlines in the upcoming "Game of Thrones" Season 7. In an interview with Sunderland Echo, the actor hinted of "some surprises" that will happen in the HBO series. Crompton portrays the character Dolorous Edd, who is also Jon's close friend.

Apart from conveying his excitement about the new season, the actor revealed that he already started filming activities on the HBO show's Castle Black set. He stated, "It is a genuine set that you can interact with," referring to the massive work that the series' production team has exerted to its various filming locations.
