The schedule is not consistent, but when Microsoft releases its Xbox One backwards compatibility lists, fans are in for a big surprise. Remember when "Red Dead Redemption" arrived in July? Now, it looks like Microsoft is doing their best to keep the titles coming. For fans who have not been updated in the backwards compatible library, we have the last featured titles all lined up for you.

The release of Xbox One backwards compatibility titles come at a time when a game is ready, not on the basis of scheduled dates. But lately, as indicated by the EXPRESS UK, a pattern by which Larry Hryb also known as Major Nelson reveals; titles are announced on Tuesdays and Thursday.

For October, the latest titles that arrived on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature include "Jurassic Park: The Game," "Battlestations: Midway," "Dragon's Lair" and "Tour de France." The second set arrived on a later date with titles including "Eat Lead," "Puzzle Quest" and "Silent Hill: Downpour."

Over the past week, a mistake on the part of Microsoft brought the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" to the Xbox One backwards compatibility library, only to be pulled out immediately. Confused fans took to twitter their questions about the mistake. Xbox Head Phil Spencer has since addressed the issue saying, it was a mistake having the title up in the backwards compatibility library.

Apart from the latest news on the backwards compatible titles, Spencer also confirmed that, they are considering the inclusion of original Xbox games in the BC. Nevertheless, he did not confirm a timeline for the project. However, a recent news about the game "Voodoo Vince: Remastered;" an original Xbox game is heading to the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature in 2017.
