‘World of Final Fantasy’ Latest News & Update: Conversations Available in Dual-Audio with Subtitles; Improved Active Time Battle

"World of Final Fantasy" is here and players are abuzz with characters, gameplay, mechanics and other important details about the game. However, there is insufficient details yet to truly peek what is under the hood of this Square Enix title.

At any rate, it is an exciting task to pull off pieces of clues and piece them together to provide better picture about "World of Final Fantasy." So here are some of these must-know details from leaks, announcements, press releases and other sources.

Starting with "World of Final Fantasy" characters first, we already know that Sora, the hero of "Kingdom of Hearts" franchise is going to gate crash. It seems that Square Enix is making it a tradition of mixing up characters from different titles when they announced that Sora is available through free-to-download content. However, Polygon reported that players have to wait until Jan 24 next year before download links goes live.

Boko is another confirmed character in "World of Final Fantasy" and there is a possibility that he will have his own storyline, Mobi Picker said. He will roam GryMoire together with enigmatic character Ena Kros. There are limited information about Ena Kros but it seems that she is a major character that plays important twist.

Now going into some details about the game itself. Remember the Active Time Battle in previous FF titles? It is going to be the staple for "World of Final Fantasy" although Square Enix made improvements and changes to this ATB. Another good treat for "World of Final Fantasy" players is built-in dual audio for authentic Japanese feel. Players can either listen conversations in English or have them in Japanese.
