Gaming Gadgets News: Razer's DeathAdder Elite Mouse Review and Specifications

For gamers who are looking for some reliable and great quality mouse, this could be the ultimate answer. Razer introduces its latest revision of the go-to gaming mouse with its DeathAdder which is higher in quality, more attractive and all new improved, the DeathAdder Elite.

The Razer DeathAdder Elite has everything that makes it more proficient in performance with additional new features and specifications. Razer boosted its sensors for incomparable accuracy, according to Venture Beat (VB).

One of the qualities that makes it a great calibre is that when the mouse is moved, the cursor ends up to where you wanted it to go ‘almost every single time'. It also supports a polling rate of 500hz and 1, 000hz (hertz). Polling rate is the rate which the mouse updates the computer about its position and it only means that it's pretty fast.

The mouse's base has a grippy, rubber texture which guarantees that a vice-like squeeze is not needed to receive a prompt response from the DeathAdder. It goes the same with the scroll wheel that is designed with class. DeathAdder Elite also has sensitivity switches behind its scroll wheel. This will allow a prompt adjustment of the responsiveness of the mouse motion. Importantly, the unit's shape is also ideal for most hands.

In Razer's website, the unit's specifications are: true 16,000 DPI optical sensor, up to 450 IPS / 50 g acceleration, Razer Mechanical Mouse switches, ergonomic right-handed design with textured rubber side grips, gaming-grade tactile scroll wheel, 7 independently programmable Hyperesponse buttons, Razer Chroma lighting with 16.8 million customizable color options, Razer Synapse enabled, 1000 Hz ultrapolling, on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment, gold-plated USB connector, seven-foot, lightweight and a braided fiber cable. The device measures approximately 127 millimeters in length, 70 millimeters in width and 44 millimeters in height and weighs 105 grams.

The DeathAdder Elite is out now for $70. Prices exclude taxes and shipping charges. Additional customs and tariff fees may also apply.
