‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’ Release Date, News & Update: BioWare Launched Cinematic Trailer, New Game StoryLine Revealed on N7 Day! More Exciting Features!

BioWare recently released "Mass Effect: Andromeda" cinematic trailer at the previously held N7 Day.  The trailer showed off several features like the space exploration, shootouts and an ominous sounding villain. BioWare also announced that there will be more "Mass Effect: Andromeda" gameplay footage that will be shown at the upcoming Game Awards on December 1.

According to a report from IGN, the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" comes from the Andromeda Initiative that was being built around the time of "Mass Effect 2." The main goal for the players is to look for a new home and the group goes about doing this by creating four different arks. Each of the arks is carrying a different alien race.

The Arks are used to reach Andromeda Galaxy to investigate the Heleus cluster and its inhabitable golden worlds. "Mass Effect: Andromeda" players will be joining the Initiative's mission as either the daughter or son of the leader, or Pathfinder, of the human ark. And, players should also take note that the male and female characters for "Mass Effect: Andromeda" are siblings.

According to Engadget, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is expected to be released in spring of 2017. The game creative director, Mac Walters, stated in a report that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" kicks off with an entirely new focus and set of leading characters but it is not necessarily the start of a new game series. Walters also stated that the team wants it to feel like a story was completed

Reports also claim that the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will also see some combat alterations compared to the previous "Mass Effect" games. The "Mass Effect 3" has used two systems that allow players to experience a more thoughtful combat approach or a faster "stop-and-go" technique for its co-op Mode. The "Mass Effect: Andromeda" might actually combine the two for both modes. Stay tuned to GameNGuide to know more about BioWare's "Mass Effect: Andromeda."
