Brad Pitt Cleared By DCFS After Investigation For Child Abuse: Find Out What Angelina Jolie Feels

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services cleared Brad Pit after an investigation was conducted with regard to an incident that has occurred between him and his family.

The representative of Angelina Jolie said on Wednesday that the DCFS is satisfied putting in place the safeguard. The representative pointed out that the main duty of the DCFA is to secure the children of their situation. Furthermore, a legal agreement has been made by both Pitt and Jolie that they will do what is in the best interest of their children as encouraged by childcare professionals.

It should be recalled that Jolie felt like taking an action to maintain the health of the family but she was already satisfied after 8 weeks of involvement with the DCFS. Since the safeguard was already determined, their children will be allowed to heal according to a report in Variety.

The DCFS was looking into the involvement of Pitt over an incident with his teenage son Maddox. It was reported that while aboard a private jet, both of them had an argument which ended in a physical contact, but the investigation concluded that it was not child abuse according to TMZ who first reported on the issue.

The DCFS however did not give its comment about its involvement with its clients pointing out the confidentiality laws according to CNNLast Sept. 22, the FBI said that it is still gathering facts with regard to the incident last Sept. 14 while on board a private jet from France to Los Angeles. Usually, the FBI should not get involved in the case but the incident happened when Brad Pitt and his family were on a flying jet, making it a Federal matter.

It was within the jurisdiction of FBI to determine whether or not a federal investigation is needed. The FBI said that its position was not changed since its last statement.

The incident was given more attention most especially when Jolie filed a divorce on Pitt last September due to "irreconcilable differences" as legal grounds. She further said that this will be for the health of their family.

On Monday, a custody agreement between them was set. Jolie will take the custody of all six of their children but Pitt is granted therapeutic visits to them.
