'DOTA 2' Latest News & Update: Team Secret Roster Shakeup; Forev Out, KheZu In; Gameplay Details, More Characters, Villains, Armors, Weapons Confirmed?

"DOTA 2" has seen the unsuccessful campaign of Team Secret at the T16 reshuffle. With this, a team shakeup is bound to happen. While many have expected this to happen, the news still somehow came as a shock.

Out with the Old, In with the New

After the ineffectual stand of Team Secret after the T16 reshuffle, the "DOTA 2" team has announced that Lee "Forev" Sang-don has been let go. They have then acquired Maurice "KheZu" Gutmann, the offlaner from Escape Gaming. With the team roster shakeup, fans of both squad were in for a surprise.

Reports have stated that Team Secret had already confirmed the new roster via a Twitter post. They have already welcomed KheZu. Expectedly, many fans of "DOTA 2" were saddened by the news of Forev's exit.

Forev No More

Lee Sang-don, or Forev, was considered to be one of the top players in Korea. In his run with the Team Secret, he has made a significant impact, especially in clutch plays that helped the team get out of bad situations in "DOTA 2." He is also in the fourth spot at the European division of the MMR Leaderboards. Additionally, Forev has an astonishing 8818 Solo MMR.

KheZu's Decision - Affecting Two Teams

Meanwhile, KheZu's insertion to the Team Secret has been received with a mixed response. There were fans who questioned the very reasoning behind the decision, as KheZu seems to be the weakest "DOTA 2" player in the current lineup.

With KheZu's addition to Team Secret comes with his departure from Escape Gaming. With this, some fans have now been wondering about the friendship among the team. KheZu's departure came in as a shock both to the fans and his former teammates. Currently, Escape Gaming has not released any official statement yet as to who will fill the void left by KheZu in "DOTA 2."

The new roster of Team Secret will be competing in the next LAN Tournament of "DOTA 2." The competition will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the team was directly invited by ASUS ROG Masters.
