Viewers and fans alike of the hit American crime thriller television series "The Blacklist" will have to wait up until January next year for its return in the TV screens. Do not lose hope just yet, for a dose of Raymond Reddington is coming and he is just around the corner. "The Blacklist" first novel will be released next week Nov. 29.  

Now that the acclaimed TV crime thriller of NBC has come to life in a graphic novel, fanboys everywhere can still experience the shenanigans of NBI's most wanted Raymond Reddington (James Spader) in "The Blacklist" first novel.  Rest assured the holidays won't be that cold and still be filled with the mishaps and escapades of FBI's finest Agent Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) and team.

"The Blacklist" first novel is centered to put the Blacklister No. 159 the Beekeeper on the spotlights, according to reports. Based on the action-filled TV series, it starts with Raymond Reddington (James Spader) being discovered by the antagonist the Beekeeper that he is bringing Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone) a new Blacklister - The Bodysnatcher. The Bodysnatcher is as dangerous as the other blacklisters. He is unnamed and unknown, his character brings abduction to a whole new level and into an art form. When the Bodysnatcher is intercepted by Elizabeth and the whole team, Reddington surprisingly reveals that he is not their real target. Their real mark is much more sinister and treacherous, and it will take all their combined strength, wits and perseverance to resist him - and also to determine what Reddington is truly after.

According to John Eisendrath, executive producer of "The Blacklist",in an interview with EW that they are so thrilled to have Steven Piziks take on their first novel. Also, they thought that "The Blacklist" will be a fantastic novel to read and elated to build out the world of the TV show in this new format. The famed author, Steven Piziks is a celebrated novelist whose inclination points to mostly science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, and film and TV series novelization. He has also printed science fiction volumes with LGBT subjects under a pseudonym "Steven Harper" and has garnered numerous nominations for the Gaylactic Spectrum Award. "The Blacklist" first novel is definitely within his expertise. Fans of the illustrious TV series can positively expect a hefty amount of twists and turns in this upcoming novel.
