'Star Wars' News & Update: Why Zillo Beasts Are Important In Star Wars?

The Zillo Beast was a semi-sentient reptilian-insectoid species endemic to the planet Malastare. In ancient times; these gargantuan creatures preyed upon a native indigenous species, the Dugs. However, the Dugs gradually gained the upper hand and slowly eradicated the Zillo Beasts through various methods, including drilling for fuel in their habitats. By the time of the Clone Wars, it was widely believed that the creatures were extinct, although it was rumored that at least one had survived.

Being at 97 meters long, the Zillo Beasts were gargantuan creatures that dwarfed many other objects and most living organisms in both size and mass in their environment. They had a roughly serpentine body with a long tail that trailed behind its form. It uniquely possessed a third arm protruding from its back. Its plate-like armor was virtually impenetrable to explosives, blaster fire and even light saber strikes.

There are 3 ideas why Zillo Beasts plays a big role in Star Wars:

1. Keeping the Force out of balance. Sidious has manipulated the Force to hide his plotting from the Jedi by the Living Force. If the Force was communicating properly with the Jedi, they would have been able to sense that dark presence of the Sith returning.

2. Galactic Politics. Sidious, as Palpatine, was able to use the political climate to his advantage at nearly every turn, not just when he was chancellor but as a senator as well.

3. The Insolonce of the Jedi. They were unopposed for a millennia which caused them to become too comfortable not only with their connection to the government, but complacent with their connection to the Force.

The Republic/Empire scientist could explore the genetic makeup of the Zillo beast and find ways to combine its properties with some sort of metal to create the perfect housing for explosive Kyber energy.

And if this is true, that means the poor Zillo beasts will blow up Alderaan in the upcoming "Star Wars."
