‘Fast & Furious 8’ Release Date, News & Update: Dominic Faces Fact That Brian O'Conner Is Dead; Movie An Absolute Tear Jerker?

"Fast & Furious 8" has just finally wrapped up and it is going to be a rollercoaster of emotions as Vin Diesel has confirmed that the movie will center on his character Dominic coming to terms with the loss of his friend Brian O'Conner.

The ending of the previous "Furious 7" movie had a lot of people leaving the cinema in tears. And it seems like "Fast & Furious 8" will be tugging on the same heartstrings as the movie is said to touch on the subject of Brian O'Conner's departure weighing heavily on Dominic's mind. Cinemablend has reported Vin Diesel as saying about the movie, "Fast 8 is different. It's very dark. My character is conflicted in a way that is really going to shock you. He's coming off of a lot of emotion from 7 and the loss that 7 represents. It's kind of cold-blooded. It's going to hit you like a ton of bricks."

As much as this is going to be an emotional scene on screen, it could also be a personal one for actor Vin Diesel. It is a well-known fact that Paul Walker who played Brian O'Conner in the "Fast & Furious" films died in a horrific car crash before he got to finish the "Furious 7" movie. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are known as real life close buddies, and this particular story arc in the film hit particularly close to home. The question on everyone's mind now is if this is the reason for Diesel's sudden acting out during the production of "Fast & Furious 8?"

It is already a known fact that it was Diesel, who fellow cast member The Rock, called a "Candy Ass" in one of his Instagram rants about the movie. So could Diesel's sudden unprofessionalism be caused by having to act in such personal scenes? "Fast & Furious 8" opens worldwide on April 14, 2017.
